Marcus Orlob is an international Grand Prix dressage rider and trainer, educated in the classical German system and now based in Wellington, Florida, one of the world’s leading hubs for equestrian sport.

Marcus developed his foundation through a traditional and disciplined European training path before establishing himself in the United States at the highest level of the sport, where he now trains and competes internationally.

2024 became a defining year in his career. With the mare Jane, Marcus achieved a remarkable progression from their first season together directly into the international Grand Prix arena. In the same year, he reached one of the highest milestones in dressage sport with his participation at the Olympic Games, representing the United States on the world stage.

Today, Marcus is recognized for a precise and systematic approach to training, focusing on the correct development of the horse from the foundation to Grand Prix. His work is defined by clarity, consistency, and a long-term commitment to horse welfare and athletic performance at the highest level.
